USA SHIPPING:

* Multiple purchases SAVE on Shipping Cost.
* Please keep in mind that USPS shipping rates are determined by weight, zone and size of package.
* Insurance, Delivery Confirmation and our Handling Fee is included in the shipping cost unless otherwise noted.
* We ship the next business day!
* We contract with Fed Ex to ship our screens, furniture and blinds.
* Fed Ex does not allow us to combine shipping on our screens. Each screen is shipped separately.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

* We ship USPS Priority or Express only with insurance included in the shipping cost. Please contact us before buying for cost if you do not understand the shipping calculator.
* Up to a $5 Handling Fee.
* International purchases shipped on Mondays through Thursdays!
* Export and Import limitations may apply to some countries.

* Buyer is responsible for any Import Fees or Tariffs.

RETURN POLICY:

* Returns must be made within 7 days of our shipping date. Items must be returned postpaid (C.O.D returns not accepted), in unmodified, saleable condition. Custom orders are not returnable. Returns may be made by properly packaging and shipping the returnable merchandise. WITH A COPY OF THE PRINTOUT OF THE ORDER, along with any additional information that will help us process your return quickly. 25% restocking fee charged on all returned items. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
* If you should receive a broken item, it is your responsibility to contact the Seller to file a claim within 7 days of shipping date. DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED PROPERTY TO US. We request that you photo the box the item was delivered in and photo the damage of the item you received and email to us. We will then send you an Affidavit to complete to file an insurance claim. The Shipping Insurance Company will make arrangements to pick up the package in its original packaging when you file a claim. Once we review your Affidavit we will determine whether to send you a replacement or refund your money. Do NOT send damaged items back to us.
